Emily McNair is advancing business education in Regina, strengthening how students connect to real-world experience and career opportunities. Through her leadership at the Hill and Levene Schools of Business at the University of Regina, she has helped evolve the student experience toward a more experiential, industry-connected model of learning. A Game-changer in business education, Emily has expanded opportunities in applied consulting, case-based learning, and leadership development while strengthening partnerships with local organizations. Through initiatives like new program development aligned with labour market needs and the creation of an Industry Advisory Network, she is helping students build professional networks and clearer pathways into employment, shaping the next generation of Regina’s business leaders.
