A pioneer in executive coaching, Linda Allen-Hardisty has spent her career shaping leaders and strengthening organizations. After key leadership roles at the City of Regina and Farm Credit Canada, Linda founded the Allen Hardisty Leadership Group, where she’s dedicated the past 15 years to empowering others through expert coaching. As the only Master Certified Coach (MCC) in Saskatchewan and Manitoba – a distinction held by fewer than 4% of coaches globally – Linda has logged over 5,000 coaching hours, guiding professionals at every level.
